Meet Steph
I am the founder of celestial sleep consultancy and a certified sleep consultant. I am a specialist paediatric pharmacist by background and have worked in children’s health for over a decade now. I currently work in child and adolescent mental health and a big part of my job is advising children and their carers about good sleep hygiene. I also have two little girls of my own and so I can completely understand how chaotic life can feel.
I learned about sleep consulting after hiring one myself. My youngest was a terrible sleeper and and finally after struggling with her sleep challenges for almost 3 years I decided enough was enough! Looking back I wish I had reached out for help sooner. It was transformative not just for me but the whole family. Addressing my daughter’s sleep issues gave me back my physical and mental wellbeing.
My goal is to help support other busy families achieve the same.
